These Terms of Service govern use of royalmasterdesign.com and all services provided by royalmasterdesign. By placing an order you agree to these Terms in full.
royalmasterdesign is a design agency based in Bloomington, Indiana, USA. We provide brand strategy, packaging design, presentation design, social visual systems, and environmental graphic services. All services are delivered digitally.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract. By ordering, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Service scope is defined on our website and confirmed in writing at project kick-off. We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our capability or professional standards.
Full payment is required at time of order via Stripe. Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Prices are in USD.
Foundation includes 2 revision rounds; Signature includes 4; Prestige includes unlimited rounds within scope. Additional revisions are billed at $36.90/hr with prior written agreement.
Upon full payment, all final design deliverables become your property with full commercial rights. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing before project closure.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Disputes are subject to the courts of Monroe County, Indiana.
