Delivery Policy

All services provided by royalmasterdesign are delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced, packaged, or shipped.

1. Delivery Methods

Deliverables are provided via email attachment, Dropbox or Google Drive shared folder, or WeTransfer link, depending on file size and project type. The delivery channel is confirmed at kick-off.

2. Work Start Timeline

Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. The kick-off call is scheduled within that window.

3. Delivery Timelines by Package

• Foundation ($1,785.40): 18 business days from kick-off
• Signature ($3,970.55): 35 business days from kick-off, with milestone deliveries
• Prestige ($8,450.90): 70 business days, phased delivery across major milestones

Custom package projects are quoted with specific timelines at kick-off, typically 10 to 40 business days.

4. File Formats by Service

• Brand Strategy: PDF strategy document (20-30 pages), Word/Google Docs backup
• Packaging: Press-ready PDF, InDesign packaged file, all production profiles
• Presentation: PowerPoint, Google Slides, and PDF at presentation resolution
• Social Visual: Canva or Figma template files, PNG/JPG exports per format
• Environmental Graphics: Production-ready PDF at correct scale with full vendor documentation

5. Delayed Delivery

If you have not received expected files by the agreed date, email hello@royalmasterdesign.com with your order reference. We respond within 1 business day.
